NCF type single-row fully loaded cylindrical roller bearing

Single-row fully loaded cylindrical roller bearings are designed to withstand extremely heavy radial loads and medium speed applications. Since there is no cage, the bearing can be loaded with more rollers. NCF type bearing has integral retaining edges on both sides of the inner ring and on one side of the outer ring, allowing one-way axial displacement. The retaining ring on the outer ring can keep the bearing components together. The retaining ring cannot bear axial load during operation.

The bearing without outer ring (or inner ring) is mostly used in the gearbox of the reducer. It is a fully loaded cylindrical roller bearing that the outer ring (or inner ring) has no sleeve and is reinforced with transparent plastic sleeve or nylon sleeve during transportation. Bearing without outer ring includes RSL bearing, CPM bearing, F bearing series, etc.
