Composite roller bearing mainly consists of the following parts:
1) Shaft head
The installation method of composite roller bearing is welding. The specific method is to weld the shaft head with a plate with a round hole, and then assemble it with the portal frame;
2) Main roller
The main roller is the main bearing body in the composite roller bearing, which mainly bears the load in the vertical direction. It is required to have strong wear resistance, corrosion resistance and impact resistance. 3) Side roller
The side roller is the secondary bearing body in the composite roller bearing, which mainly bears the load in the horizontal direction. It also requires strong wear resistance, corrosion resistance and impact resistance. The side roller is essentially a roller bearing with no inner ring and full of needles. The inner part of the composite roller bearing is matched with the spindle head through the mandrel;

Assembly method of composite roller bearing:
The side roller is installed inside the shaft head through the mandrel, the main roller is sleeved outside the shaft head, and the cover plate is fixed by nuts at the end of the shaft head, finally fixing several parts together.

Reduce design and production costs. High radial and axial loads are acceptable. Solid guide rail, suitable for high dynamic load and static load. The bearing capacity can be well distributed on the guide rail. The service life of bearing and guide rail is long. It can be assembled by welding bolts, which is economical and practical.
