The reducer bearing is a special bearing used in various reducers. There are also self-aligning roller bearings used in large reducers, such as 24044 24048. There are many cylindrical roller bearings used in small reducers.
The reducer is a power transmission mechanism, which uses the speed converter of the gear to reduce the number of turns of the power source to the required number of turns and obtain a larger torque. The reducer bearing plays the role of supporting the gear shaft or connecting rod between the rotations, because the cylindrical roller bearing can obtain a continuous and stable supporting torque within the effective size range, and has a certain amount of axial movement. Nu NJ cylindrical roller bearings are often used to install in the support positions at both ends of the shaft, while the double-row eccentric bearings are used as the support positions in the reducer. Because they are not concentric up and down, smaller installation positions can be obtained so that the reducer products can achieve small and lightweight.
The bearing without outer ring (or inner ring) is mostly used in the gearbox of the reducer. It is a fully loaded cylindrical roller bearing that the outer ring (or inner ring) has no sleeve and is reinforced with transparent plastic sleeve or nylon sleeve during transportation. Bearing without outer ring includes RSL bearing, CPM bearing, F bearing series, etc.
Purpose: The bearings without outer ring or inner sleeve are mostly used in gearbox and various mechanical industries.
