It is required that the rolling surface hardness, machining accuracy and surface roughness of the journal or shell should be the same as that of the bearing ring. The diameter variation of the assembled G2 grade needle roller is within 2um. Except for the fully loaded needle roller bearing, the steel cage is used to correctly guide the parallel axis of the needle roller.
The solid ring needle roller bearing is composed of one or two rings and a needle roller group with a cage. It has smaller volume and higher bearing capacity. Therefore, this kind of bearing can meet the requirements of light weight, small space occupation and large transmission power. Bearing with or without inner ring can be used according to different applications.
