Excavator bearings include: excavator traveling bearing, excavator slewing bearing, excavator needle bearing, excavator gearbox bearing, excavator traveling motor bearing, excavator traveling drive bearing, excavator knuckle bearing, excavator slewing support bearing and the English non-standard bearing used on the excavator.
The installation and removal method of excavator bearing shall be determined according to the structure, size and matching nature of excavator bearing parts. The pressure for installation and disassembly shall be directly applied to the end face of the tight-fitting excavator bearing retainer ring, and the pressure cannot be transmitted through the excavator bearing roller, because this will cause indentation on the working surface of the excavator bearing, affect the normal operation of the excavator bearing, and even damage the excavator bearing. The cage, seal ring, dust cover and other parts of the excavator bearing are easily deformed, and the pressure of installing or removing the excavator bearing cannot be applied to these parts.
